Theodoros 300 was a basilikos dioiketes and kommerkiarios of Peloponnesos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2427. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Θεοδ - ωρω β' δ' - κ' (και) κουμ' - Πελοπ'. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ διοικητῇ καὶ κουμερκιαρίῳ Πελοποννήσου.
