Theodoros 299 was a basilikos spatharios and protonotarios of the Boukellarioi; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century, either to the second half (Zacos and Veglery) or to the first half (editors of Seyrig): Zacos and Veglery 2461 = Seyrig 169. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδ[ω] - [ρ]ω β' σπαθ' (και) α' - νοταρι' των - βουκελα'. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τῶν Βουκελλαρίων.
