Theodoros 290 was a basilikos spatharios and droungarios of the Vigla; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: Zacos and Veglery 2458. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τω] - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Obv.: [Θεοδ] - ωρω β' ς.. - δρουγγ' τ' - Βιγ'. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ (και) δρουγγαρίῳ τῆς Βίγλας.
