Theodoros 280 was a patrikios and komes of the theophylakton basilikon Opsikion; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century (Zacos and Veglery), probably the first half (Seibt, in Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 74, and the editors of Seyrig): Zacos and Veglery 3194 = Seyrig 189. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ κόμητι τοῦ θεοφυλάκτου βασιλικοῦ Ὀψικίου.
