Theodoros 279 was a patrikios; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2445. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - δου - λω - σου in the corners. Rev.: Θεω[δ.] - ρω πα[τ] - ρικιω, with above and below, crosses between tendrils. Possibly identical with Theodoros 287; cf. Zacos and Veglery, Seals, p. 1719, note.
