Theodoros 272 was a hypatos and basilikos spatharios; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1631. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Θεοδωρ - ω υπατω (και) - βασιλικ' - σπαθ'. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ.
