Theodoros 269 was a hypatos; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Laurent, Orghidan 89. The name and title read: Θεοδώρῳ ὑπάτῳ. Possibly identical with the owners of two similar seals, Zacos and Veglery 3056 (dateable to the second half of the seventh century) and Gray Birch, BMSeals 17651.
