Theodoros 263 was a basilikos skribon; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2454. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - δου - λω - σου in the corners. Rev.: +Θεο - δωρω β - ασιλικω - σκριβο - νι+. The name and title read: Θεοδώρῳ βασιλικῷ σκρίβονι.
