Theodoros 198 was a basilikos protospatharios; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3197. The name and title read: A similar seal, which perhaps belonged to the same person, is Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 502d (of uncertain date, possibly eighth or ninth century).
