Theodoros 189 was a kankellarios; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh or eighth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 367 = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 1160. The text reads: [Θ]εοδώρῳ καγκελλαρίῳ. Laurent dated the seal to the sixth or seventh century, Konstantopoulos to the seventh or eighth.
