Theodoros 182 was archbishop of Cyprus; owner of several seals dateable to the seventh or eighth century: DOSeals II 38.15, Laurent, Corpus V 2, no. 1482 = Konstantopoulos V 166a (= Schlumberger, Mélanges, p. 256ff., no. 107). Obv.: bust of a saint holding a book. Rev.: cruciform monogram of Θεοδώρῳ ἀρχιεπισκόπῳ Κύπρου. It is not clear whether some similar seals were owned by the same individual or by another Theodoros who was also archbishop of Cyprus: DOSeals II 38.16 = Zacos and Veglery 1312, Laurent, Corpus V 2, no. 1483. Obv.: bust of a saint holding a book. Rev.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with the inscription +Θεοδωρωαρχιε............υ. On the question of identification, see Nesbitt and Oikonomides, DO Seals II, p. 107 (similar seals but perhaps several owners with the name Theodoros; the name was very common).
