Theodoros 171 was archpriest (archipresbiter); he and the deacon Petrus (Petros 72) attended the Council of Rome in 769 as representatives of the bishop of Pavia, Hieronymos 3: Lib. Pont. 96. 17 ("Teodorus archipresbiter et Petrus diaconus, locum praestantibus Hieronimi, episcopi civitatis Papiae Ticino"). They are named eighth in the list of bishops and clergy from Italy. Presumably archpriest at Pavia Ticinum.
