Theodoros 141 was a dioiketes of Hellas; owner of seals dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: DOSeals II 8.8a = Zacos and Veglery 1628a, DOSeals II 8.8b = Zacos and Veglery 1628b, DOSeals II 8.8c (all three from the same boulloterion). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Θεωδ - ορο διυκ' - Ελαδος. Another specimen was published by Schlumberger, Sig., p. 168, no. 10 (dated by Schlumberger to the eighth or ninth century; obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει; rev.: Θεωδ - ορο δουκ - Ελαδος (sic)) (= Konstantopoulos, JIAN 5, 39, reading: Θεω[δ]ορο δουκ[ι Ε]λαδος, and dated to the seventh or eighth century). The date and reading of Schlumberger and Konstantopoulos are corrected by Seibt, ByzSlav 36 (1975), p. 211, by comparison with the parallel piece in Zacos; the name and title read: Θεοδώρῳ διοικητῇ Ἑλλάδος. See Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, pp. 94, 123-124.
