Theodoros 116 was a basilikos protospatharios and epi ton deeseon; owner of a seal probably dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", p. 234, no. 359. Obv.: invocative formula in the name of the Lord (?Κύριε βοήθει). Rev.: Θεοδό[ρ]ῳ β(ασιλικῷ) (πρωτο)σπ[α]θαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν δεήσεων.
