Theodoros 113 was a hypatos and archon of Mesembria; owner of two similar seals dateable to the eighth century (so Zacos and Veglery; Ebersolt gave the date as some time in the iconoclast period): Zacos and Veglery 2432, Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", p. 223, no. 300. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - δου - λω - σου in the corners. Rev.: Θεωδ - ωρω υπα - και αρχων - Μεσημβ - ριας+. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ ἄρχοντι Μεσημβρίας.
