Theodoros 103 was a patrikios and strategos of Sicily; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: DOSeals I 5.26 = Zacos and Veglery 2452. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε (or Κύριε) βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδ. - ρω πατρ. - κιω κ' στ. - ατιγω Σι - ..λιας. The name and titles read: Θεοδώρῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Σικελίας. See also Theodoros 102.
