Theodoros 100 was a monk, deacon and notarios; in 787 he attended the Second Council of Nikaia (the Seventh Ecumenical Council) as one of the official readers; he is attested at the fourth session, on 1 October 787, when he read out passages from Neilos the monk and the Miracles of SS. Kosmas and Damian by Sophronios: Mansi XIII 32 (Neilos; styled Θεόδωρος ὁ θεοφιλέστατος διάκονος καὶ νοτάριος), XIII 64 (Sophronios; styled Θεόδωρος ὁ θεοφιλέστατος διάκονος, μοναχὸς καὶ νοτάριος; the Latin version, at XIII 63, calls him "Theodosius Deo amabilis diaconus et notarius").
