Theodoros 92 was bishop of Herakleiopolis (also called Pidachthoe) in Armenia Secunda; in 787 he attended the Second Council of Nikaia (the Seventh Ecumenical Council), where he is attested only at the seventh session, on 13 October 787; in the list of those present at the session he is styled Θεοδώρου ἐπισκόπου Ἡρακλειουπόλεως ἤτοι Πιδοχθόης (sic): Mansi XIII 373. At the seventh session he subscribed the statement of the faith adopted by the Council; he is styled Θεόδωρος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος Ἡρακλειουπόλεως ἤτοι Πιδαχθόης: Mansi XIII 385.
