Theodoros 34 was bishop of Pergamon in Asiana; in 681 he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) and was present at the last eight sessions (sessions eleven to eighteen, from 20 March to 16 September): Riedinger, pp. 404-826 (= Mansi XI 460-673). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, and to the Council, he is styled Θεόδωρος ἐλέει Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Περγαμηνῶν πόλεως (so Riedinger, p. 786, line 29 (= Mansi XI 648); Riedinger, p. 826, line 5 (= Mansi XI 673) reads πόλεως Περγάμου) τῆς Ἀσιανῶν ἐπαρχίας: Riedinger, p. 786, line 29, p. 826, line 5 (= Mansi XI 648, 673). In the lists of those attending each session he is styled Θεοδώρου ἐπισκόπου Περγάμου: Riedinger, p. 404, line 28, p. 518, line 19, etc. (= Mansi XI 460, 521, etc.).
