Theodoros 30 was bishop of Stauropolis in Caria; in 681 he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) and was present at the last nine sessions (sessions ten to eighteen, from March 18 to September 16): Riedinger, pp. 280-824 (= Mansi XI 389-672). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, and to the Council, he is styled Θεόδωρος ἐλέει Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Σταυρουπολιτῶν μητροπόλεως τῆς Καρῶν ἐπαρχίας: Riedinger, p. 732, line 21, p. 782, line 17, p. 824, line 5, cf. p. 892, line 31 (= Mansi XI 693, 644, 672, cf. 692). In the lists of those attending each session he is styled Θεοδώρου ἐπισκόπου Σταυρουπόλεως Καρίας: Riedinger, pp. 280, line 27, 404, line 2, etc. (= Mansi XI 389, 457, etc.). He also signed the statement of the faith on behalf of one of his bishops, Andreas 11 of Neapolis, who was blind: Riedinger, p. 796, line 17 (= Mansi XI 654) (διὰ Θεοδώρου τοῦ ἐμοῦ μητροπολίτου). He was among the signatories to the copy of the definition of the faith sent to the bishop of Rome, Agatho 1, signing on behalf of himself and the bishops under him: Riedinger, p. 892, lines 31-32 (= Mansi XI 692) (ὑπὲρ ἐμαυτοῦ καὶ τῆς ὑπ' ἐμὲ συνόδου).
