Theodoros 29 was bishop of Olba (in Isauria); he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) in 680 and 681 and was present at all eighteen sessions: Riedinger, pp. 18-828 (= Mansi XI 212-680). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, he is styled Θεόδωρος ἐλέει Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Ὀλβέων πόλεως: Riedinger, p. 794, line 24 (= Mansi XI 653) (the Latin version at Riedinger, p. 795, line 26 (= Mansi XI 654) calls his see "ciuitatis Olbeorum"). In the subscriptions to the Council he is styled Θεόδωρος ἐλέει Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Ὄλβης ἐπαρχίας Ἰσαυρίας: Riedinger, p. 828, line 30 (= Mansi XI 680) (the Latin version printed only in Mansi at 679 calls his see "civitatis Olbae"). In the lists of those attending each session he is styled Θεοδώρου ἐπισκόπου Ὄλβης: Riedinger, p. 18, line 19, p. 30, line 21, etc. (= Mansi XI 212, 220, etc.). At the eighth session (7 March 681) he declared his acceptance of the doctrine of Two Natures, Two Wills and Two Energies as set out in documents from pope Agatho 1 and the Roman Council: Riedinger, p. 212, lines 17-23 (= Mansi XI 348). Still bishop in 692, he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 158, no. 125 (= Mansi XI 997) (Θεόδωρος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ὄλβης τῆς Ἰσαύρων ἐπαρχίας).
