Theodoros 20 was bishop of Ameria in Tuscia; he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger, p. 156, line 37 (= Mansi XI 313-314) (Θεόδωρος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας τῆς πόλεως Ἀμέρνης ἐπαρχίας Τουσκίας; the Latin version, printed in Riedinger, p. 157, line 29, calls him "Theodorus episcopus sanctae ecclesiae Amerinae provinciae Tusciae").
