Theodoros 5 was a hypatos and genikos kommerkiarios of the apotheke of Galatia; owner of a seal dateable to the mid seventh century: Zacos and Veglery 136 = Oikonomides, Dated Seals, no. 14. The obverse has busts of the emperor Constans II and Constantine IV; the date is therefore not before 654 and not after 659; cf. Oikonomides, Dated Seals, p. 29.
