Theocharistos 4 was a koubikoularios, protospatharios and papias; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Laurent, Orghidan 41. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with Θεο - χα - ρις - τω in the corners. Rev.: +κουβ - ικουλαρ' - πρωτος - παθαρ' . π - απια+. The name and titles read: Θεοχαρίστῳ κουβικουλαρίῳ, πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ [καὶ] παπίᾳ.
