Thekla 3 was a protostratorina; owner of a seal dateable between the mid-eighth century and the mid-ninth: Zacos and Veglery 2409. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τη - ση - δου - λη in the corners. rev.: +Θεκ - λη α'στρ - ατορινα - αμην. The text reads: Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῇ σῇ δούλῃ Θέκλῃ πρωτοστρατορίνῃ, ἀμήν. Her title presumably means that Thekla 3 was the wife of a protostrator.
