Symeon 16 was ek prosopou pa...(?); owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 7, 487. The text reads: Σ[υ]μεον εκ π[ρο]σοπου πα.. . The interpretation of πα is not clear; possibly πατρικίου, but it may qualify his post as ek prosopou.
