Stephanos 115 was komes of the basilikoi stabloi; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century (Zacos and Veglery), possibly to the late eighth or early ninth century (Laurent): Zacos and Veglery 2387 = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 919. The name and title read: Στεφάνῳ κόμιτι τῶν βασιλικῶν στάβλων. Cf. also the seal at Laurent, Corpus II, no. 918 (possibly owned by the same person).
