Stephanos 101 was mystikos and epi tou kanikleiou; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos II 890. Obv.: bust of Virgin holding Child, with the legend +Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ). Rev.: +Σ[τ]εφ - ανω μυς - τικω (καὶ) επ - ι του κα - νηκλ'. The text reads: Στεφάνῳ μυστικῷ καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ κανικλείου.
