Stephanos 66 was dioiketes of Athens; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 170, no. 1 (facsimile) = p. 497, no. 8. Obv.: invocative monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: +Στε - φανω δι- οικητ(ῇ) Αθη - νων. Possibly identical with Stephanos dioiketes of Athens, who owned a similar seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3051. The name and title read: Στεφάνῳ διοικητῇ Ἀθήνων.
