Stephanos 64 was bishop of an unnamed see; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh century: Laurent, Corpus V 1, no. 977. Obv.: invocative monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: +Στε - φανου - επισκο - που.
Possibly identical with Stephanos, also bishop of an unnamed see and owner of a similar seal dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth (so Zacos and Veglery) or to the eighth century (so Laurent): Zacos and Veglery 1609 = Laurent, Corpus V 3, no. 1862. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: [Σ]τε - φανου - επης - κοπου. The name and title read: Στεφάνου ἐπισκόπου.
