Stephanos 60 was a basilikos spatharios; owner of a seal dateable to the iconoclast period (VIII/M IX): Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", p. 398, no. 501. Obv.: cruciform monogram in the name of the Virgin. Rev.: Στέφανος βασιλικὸς σπαθάριος.

Possibly identical with Stephanos basilikos spatharios who owned another, similar, seal, dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3052. The name and title read: Στεφάνῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ.
