Stephanos 32 was bishop of Attada (Attouda) in Phrygia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 169, no. 226 (= Mansi XI 1005) (Στέφανος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ἀττουδῶν τῆς Φρυγῶν ἐπαρχίας).
