Sisinnios 71 was patrikios, or basilikos spatharios, and logothetes of the basilikai agelai of (or perhaps: and of) the dromos; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3179 = Laurent, Corpus II 412. The readings of the two editors differ. The name and titles, according to Zacos and Veglery, read: Σισιννίῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ λογοθέτῃ τῶν βασιλικῶν ἀγελῶν τοῦ δρόμου; but according to Laurent, Σισιννίῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ λογοθέτῃ τῶν βασιλικῶν ἀγελῶν καὶ τοῦ δρόμου.
