Sisinnios 70 was hypatos, basilikos spatharios and droungarios of Seleukeia; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3178. The name and titles read: Σισιννίῳ ὑπάτῳ, βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ δρουγγαρίῳ Σελευκείας. His office must have been at Seleukeia in Isauria.
