Sisinnios 49 was basilikos protospatharios and epi tes megales hetaireias; owner of two similar seals dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Speck, Bleisiegel 151 (ninth or tenth century), Seibt, Bleisiegel I 91 (second quarter of the tenth century). The obverse of the Speck seal has to be interpreted by comparison with the one in Seibt; the reverse sides differ slightly. Obv.: patriarchal cross with trefoil ornaments and the legend around the circumference: +Κ(υρι)ε βοηθει τω σω δουλ(ω). Rev. (Speck): [+] Σισιν(ίῳ) - β(ασιλικῷ) (πρωτο)σπα(θαρίῳ) - [(καὶ) ἐ]πὴ τῆ - ς μεγάλ(ης) ἑ - τερία(ς); (Seibt): + Σηση - νίῳ β(ασιλικῷ) (πρωτο)σπ - αθ(α)ρ(ίῳ) (καὶ) ἐπὶ τ(ῆς) - μεγάλ(ης) ἑτ - ερ(εί)ας.
