Sergios 73 was basilikos spatharokandidatos and kommerkiarios of Cherson; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos, Seals II 286. Obv.: patriarchal cross on base and two steps, with the legend Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθ(ει) τ[ῷ σῷ δούλῳ]. The name and titles read:

A very similar seal, struck from a larger but otherwise identical boulloterion and dated to the tenth century, is published in DOSeals I 82.8. Obv.: a patriarchal cross with small crosses composed of dots in the quarters and around the circumference traces of an invocative legend reading: ....

Sergios 73 is possibly identical with Sergios, basilikos spatharokandidatos and kommerkiarios of Cherson, who owned a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Laurent, Orghidan 256. The name and titles read:

Sergios 73 is possibly identical with Sergios, basilikos spatharokandidatos and kommerkiarios of Cherson, who owned another seal also dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Laurent, Orghidan 258. Obv.: cross on three steps, with a circular inscription reading: +Κε β.ηθ σω δ...
