Obv.: Κ(ύρι)ε [β]οήθει τῷ σῷ δούλ(ῳ). Rev.: Σεργίῳ β(ασιλικῷ) σπαθαρ(ο)κανδ(ιδάτῳ) (καὶ) στ[ρ]ατιγο Χερσόνας (sic).
