Romanos 12 was hypatos and anagrapheus; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2341. The name and titles read: []ω[μαν]ῷ ὑπάτῳ καὶ ἀναγραφεῖ. Instead of Ῥωμανῷ the name could be read as Φωτείνῳ.
