Rhendakios 2 was a basilikos protospatharios and epi ton oikeiakon; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century: Zacos II 278. Obv.: patriarchal cross on base and three steps with the legend: Κ(ύρι)ε βοήθ(ει) το σῷ δούλ(ῳ). Rev.: +Ρενδα - κιω β' α' σπα - θαριω και επ' - των οικ'. The name and titles read: Ῥενδακίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν οἰκειακῶν.
