Reparatos 3 was bishop of Mantouria; he attended all five sessions of the Lateran Council, from October 5 to October 31 649, and in the list of bishops present is named in sixth place: Conc. Lat., p. 2, line 14 (Ρεπαράτου ἐπισκόπου Μαντουριανοῦ), p. 3, line 14 ("Reparato Manturianense episcopo") (the first session), cf. pp. 31, 111, 177 and 247 (the Latin version only is repeated for the other sessions). He subscribed the definition of the faith agreed by the Council at its fifth session: Conc. Lat., p. 390, line 36 (Ρεπαράτος ἐπίσκοπος Μαντουριανοῦ), p. 391, line 36 ("Reparatus episcopus sanctae Manturianensis ecclesiae").
