Prokopios 21 was a basilikos protospatharios and patrikios; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Laurent, Orghidan 109. Obv.: monogram of Κύριε βοήθει with .ω - σω - .. - λω in the corners. Rev.: + - Προκοπ - ιω βα' σπ - .ατρ... The name and titles read: Προκοπίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ πατρικίῳ.
