Phokas 6 was a basilikos spatharios and droungarios of the Aigaion Pelagos; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 40.9 = Zacos and Veglery 3167. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δο - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Φωκα - .' σπα' και δρουγ - γα' του Εγεου - Πελαγ'. The name and titles read: Φωκᾷ [βασιλικῷ] σπαθαρίῳ καὶ δρουγγαρίῳ τοῦ Αἰγαίου Πελάγους. The letter missing before σπα' may have been α, giving the title πρωτοσπαθάριος.
