Philotheos 5 was a protospatharios and dioiketes of Peloponnesos; owner of a seal perhaps dateable to the ninth or tenth century (no date given in Schlumberger): Schlumberger, Sig., p. 180, no. 2 = p. 497, no. 9 (= Bon, Le Péloponnèse byzantin, p. 192, no. 30). No text is recorded. The seal was in Schlumberger's collection. See Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 125.
