Philippos 12 was archbishop of Dyrrachion; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth (Zacos and Veglery), possibly to the late eighth or early ninth (Laurent): Zacos and Veglery 2322 = Laurent, Corpus V 2, 1591. The name and title read: Φιλίππῳ ἀρχιεπισκόπῳ τοῦ Δυρραχίου.
