Petros 139 was a patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and strategos of the Anatolikoi; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: DOSeals III 86.56. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..τρ' - πατρ' β' α' - σπα' και στ. - ατιγω τω - ν Ανατ. The name and titles read: Πέτρῳ πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατιγῷ τῶν Ἀνατολικῶν.
