Petros 47 was hypatos; owner of a seal dateable to the early or mid eighth century: Pennas, "Byzantine Lead Seals", pp. 166-167, no. 2. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Πέτρῳ ὑπάτῳ. The seal was possibly found on Chios.
