Petros 26 was bishop of Seleukeia in Pisidia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 168, no. 209 (= Mansi XI 1004) (Πέτρος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος Σελευκείας ... ἐπαρχίας ...). The name of the province is missing from both the Greek and the Latin versions, but he occurs at the end of a list of Pisidian bishops and before a list of Pamphylian bishops. There was a city of Seleukeia in Pisidia but not in Pamphylia.
