Petronas 13 was patrikios and komes of the theophylakton basilikon Opsikion; owner of seals dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2315a and b. The name and titles read: Πετρωνᾷ πατρικίῳ καὶ κόμητι τοῦ θεοφυλάκτου βασιλικοῦ Ὀψικίου. Possibly identical with Petronas 4.
