Paulos 19 was bishop of Nyssa in Cappadocia Secunda; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 153, no. 66 (= Mansi XI 993) (Παῦλος ἁμαρτωλὸς ἐπίσκοπος Νύσσης τῆς πρώτης τῶν Καππαδοκῶν ἐπαρχίας).
