Oursinos 1 was bishop of Censos (?Cenete) in Istria; he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger II 2. 154, lines 18-20 (= Mansi XI 311-312) (Οὐρσῖνος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας Κένσου ἐπαρχίας Ἰστρίας; the old Latin version printed in Riedinger II 2. 155, line 13, calls him "Ursinus episcopus sanctae ecclesiae Censensis prouinciae Istriae"). His see was in Istria but the name of it is uncertain.
